Shipping policy

 

  1. Your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery is within 3 to 7 business days for US and 5 to 12 business days for International Shipping.
    • Still within 3 business days from the order date.
      • Your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days from your order date. If your order ships out earlier, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email address you indicated in your order.
      • If you did not receive your tracking number on the 3rd business day, please check your Junk/Spam folders.
      • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
    • Beyond 3 business days from the order date.
      • If your order has not shipped on the 4th business day, rest assured that we have a dedicated Team who is aware of this delay and has done the necessary escalation to our Fulfillment Team.
      • Please allow us an additional 3 business days to update you with your tracking number.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
